This issue explores our spiritual, ecological, and physical relationship with architecture. By way of essays, paintings, photographs, poems, drawings, and theory, questions are asked about mysticism, colonialism, environmentalism, metropoles, design and practice.

My contribution to this issue comprised five photographs, produced in Japan and the UAE.
